自查要点 - 先核对商品有没有进管制清单，对应的 ECCN 或编码是什么； - 把最终用户和最终用途确认清楚，绕开受限方； - 该办许可证的按规定办，单证和实物必须严丝合缝对上。

风险防控内部建一本合规台账，吃不准就申请合规裁定。别等退单、罚款，甚至被列入管控名单才回头补。
